1. Acceptance
By accessing SokoFinds, creating an account, or purchasing an offer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Role
SokoFinds is a marketplace that connects users to merchants offering vouchers, products, travel deals, dining deals, and promotional offers. Merchants are responsible for quality, fulfillment, and delivery of merchant goods and services.
3. Eligibility And Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Kenyan law. You are responsible for your account security and for keeping account details accurate.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the Platform, scrape data without permission, submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or use the Platform to harm SokoFinds, merchants, or other users.
5. Privacy And Profiling
Personal data is processed under the Kenyan Data Protection Act, 2019. SokoFinds may use profiling to personalize offers, prevent fraud, and improve services. You can object to profiling for direct marketing at any time.
6. Sales And Consumer Rights
Purchases are subject to offer-specific terms and applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
7. Intellectual Property
SokoFinds branding, content selection, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit platform content without written permission.
8. Disclaimers And Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to non-excludable statutory rights under Kenyan law. To the extent permitted by law, SokoFinds is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use.
